From December 9, 2024 to March 7, 2025 we are temporarily changing our screening procedures for Child Protection Reports. All calls should go to the provincial centralized screening telephone number: 1-800-663-9122. The change will enable FVACFSS social workers to provide support in other areas of the organization and prioritize child safety and services to families.
